📄 FIELD READY – Terms of Use & Course Access Agreement

This Agreement governs the use of the Field Ready online course platform, including all materials, videos, documents, tools, and related services (“Course Materials”) provided by Field Ready ("we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in or accessing the course, you agree to the following Terms of Use:

1. Course Access

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the course materials solely for personal educational purposes. You agree not to share, resell, license, distribute, or otherwise make available the course content to any third party without our prior written consent.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials in the Field Ready course — including but not limited to videos, documents, text, templates, visual models, logos, and downloadable files — are copyrighted works and intellectual property owned by Field Ready.

“Field Ready” and “The Construction Engineer Accelerator” are trademarks of Field Ready. All rights are reserved. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any course material except as specifically allowed in writing.

3. Prohibited Use

  • Share your course login with others
  • Use any course material to build or contribute to a competing product or service
  • Extract or copy templates, scripts, or structures for redistribution
  • Record, stream, or replicate course sessions without written permission

4. Refunds and Access Duration

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Course access is granted for lifetime unless otherwise stated in the purchase confirmation.

5. Disclaimer

This course is designed for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for formal certification or accreditation. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes or specific results. You are solely responsible for applying the knowledge gained from the course appropriately and legally in your profession.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access at any time if these Terms are violated. Breaches may also result in legal action.
